The qualification required to join Indian Navy or Indian Air Force: *Defence job aspirant must have studied Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics from a recognized board. *PCM subjects are compulsory for Navy and Air Force. *Age criteria for NDA exam is 16.5 years to 19.5 years. The stages of exam: Written Test Service Selection Board. |

You must have studied Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics from a recognized board. The age criteria is 16.5 years to 19.5 years. If you meet above criteria then you can apply for NDA examination for joining Air Force or Navy. |

Non- technical entry. So, you can prepare for the examination as per the entry. Through NDA candidates are eligible to join as an officer. NDA examination is conducted by UPSC. It is conducted in two stages. You will become eligible for recruitment after final selection. |

The academic qualification required to join Indian Navy and Air Force through National Defence Academy examination is that candidate must have done 12th with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics . Board examination appearing candidates can also apply for the examination. The age criteria for NDA/NA examination is 16.5 years to 19.5 years. There are two stages namely written test and Service Selection Board which must be cleared to get job in Navy and Air Force. |

Re: Qualification required to join Indian Navy and Indian Air Force? After senior secondary board examination, you can apply for National Defence Academy examination. Eligibility criteria or NDA examination: 1. For Indian Air Force and Indian Navy, Mathematics and Physics are necessary subjects in 12th to apply for NDA exam. 2. Age limit is 16.5 years to 19.5 years. 3. Only unmarried Indian citizens can appl for the exam. |

Re: Qualification required to join Indian Navy and Indian Air Force? You will become Officer in Indian Navy or Indian Air Force after qualifying in NDA examination. It is conducted by UPSC. The examination is conducted in two stages and you have to qualify in both stages for final selection. The two stages are :- Written. SSB. The eligibility to appear for the examination is that candidate must have passed 12th in PCM or PCB as main paper. Now, you can start preparation for the examination. |

Re: Qualification required to join Indian Navy and Indian Air Force? To join Indian Navy or Indian Air Force, you can apply for NDA exam that is conducted by UPSC every year. However, to apply for NDA Exam you must be studying in 12th standard or have passed it. As you are currently studying in 11th standard, so you must wait for at least 1 year more to be eligible for it. You must have chosen Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics subjects as your primary subjects in 11th and 12th standard to be eligible for these two wings of NDA. Apart from these academic qualifications, you must meet these requirements:
To qualify this exam, you will first face Written Exam followed by SSB Interview. |

Candidates pursuing in 11th has better opportunity to appear for NDA examination next year ( while pursuing in 12th ) to join defence service. The examination is conducted by UPSC. It is conducted in two stages. The two stages are :- Written. SSB. For entry in Indian Navy and Indian Air Force candidates must have PCM as main paper. The examination is conducted for recruitment in Indian Air Force, Indian Navy and Indian Army. The eligibility to appear for the examination is that candidate must have passed or pursuing in 12th from a recognised board. The age limit is 16.5-19.5 years. Only male candidates are eligible.
