What can i do if i scored only 60% in science stream and want to do in something in medical line through aided universities as i cannot afford doing medical via pvt. colleges? What can i do other than medical but want something very carrer oriented and job giving lines? |

Re: Which is the best course for me if I scored only 60% in 12th science? Since your percentage is not much high, it may be due to lack of interest or insufficient preparation. You can still apply for IITJEE and AIEEE in next year , so you have one year for preparation & join some good coaching to build stong foundation . And dont feel demotivated. |

there may be lot of reasons for you to score low it may be lack of interest in few subjects it may be of family it may friends and attractions so don't link up your future courses with marks of previous years If you are interested in something go with it don't think that you cannot do it because you are low scorer in previous exams Its not the case I know a person whose intermediate percentage is 48% he got placed in GOOGLE (The prestigious Software Company) with a pay package of 9 LPA and his b.tech percentage with CSE is 71% He has sound knowledge in Programming languages This is what made him a star in the software world Its due to his interest in computers stream and developing softwares this made him acheive these heights By this case study you should understand one thing that Percentage will not withstand with your interest in a particular field Discover your interest and Go on with it This will be your turning point All the very Best Regards ~AdityA~ |

Re: Which is the best course for me if I scored only 60% in 12th science? Since you've not mentioned your inclination or specification, i.e, Mathematics or Biology, so I will tell you about both. Apart from the regular Bachelor's in science, there are lot of other options available which fall into professional education. Broadly categorised into - 1. Engineering 2. Medicine and 3. Bio-technolgy, lately receiving much hype. If you are good in mathematics, you can go for engineering and choose a specialization, i.e, civil, mechanical, computer sciences, electronics, petroleum, information technology, etc. Otherwise, with Biology, you can enter into medicine, bio-informatics, pharmacy, dental surgery. You can also go for diploma or short term courses in areas like radiology, and other similar practical fields. The regular Bachelor's degree has also grown into numerous branches ranging from Agriculture to IT. You can refer to the interested university's brochure for available Majors in that university. |
