Re: Am i eligible for IAS or IPS exam after having viscom degree I have done my B.Sc. Visual Communication and wish to appear in the UPSC exam 2019. What subject should I select under optional subject. I am not able to find Viscom or anything related to it. |

Re: Am i eligible for IAS or IPS exam after having viscom degree IAS or IPS stands for Indian Administrative Service and Indian Police Service and to become an IAS or IPS officer one has to apply,appear and crack Civil Service Exam conducted by UPSC once every year after completion of Graduation Degree. Hence no matter in which subject you have completed Graduation Degree in order to apply for Civil Service Exam so you are eligible for the same after having viscom Degree. The eligible candidate must be an Indian National having either appear for the final Graduation Degree exam or pass in any stream of education from a recognised University within the age of 21 to 30 years with upper age relaxation for reserved candidate, can apply for Civil Service Exam. The acronym for IAS is Indian Administrative Services. The acronym for IPS is Indian Police Services. Yes, you are eligible for IAS or IPS examination. The eligibility criteria required for the IAS or IPS examination are prescribed as below:- * Completion of graduation in any stream from any accredited college or university. * Final year contenders are also eligible. * Age limit:- 21-30 yrs. * Age relaxation:- 3 yrs for OBC and 5 yrs for SC/ST contenders. * No. of attempts:- 4 for General, 7 for OBC and no limits for SC/ST contenders. * Nationality:- Indian. * Physically and mentally fit. |

Re: Am i eligible for IAS or IPS exam after having viscom degree they just want you graduation in any respect. no matter which degree you are going to complete. but that must be done fron some recogonised university or college . so you could appear in exam |
