Eligibility criteria for Bihar Public Service Commission examination : Candidate must have passed Bachelor degree from a recognized university. Even if you have passed Bachelor's degree with passing percentage of marks, you can apply for this exam. The age criteria is 20-37 years Upper age ralaxation given to candidates of reserved category. |

You must have done bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized university. Even if you have passed bachelor's degree with passing percentage of marks, you can apply for this exam. 2. The age criteria is 20-37 years. Upper age relaxation given to candidates of reserved category. The notification for 2019 exam will be published in May 2019. |

Re: Eligibility to apply for Bihar Civil Service exams? Candidates who have passed bachelor degree in any discipline from a recognised university with minimum qualifying marks. The age limit is 21-37 years from a recognised university. So, if you have passed the bachelor degree then you are eligible to appear for the examination. The examination is conducted for recruitment in state services. The examination is conducted in three stages. For more information visit at www.bpsc.gov.in. |

Percentage is not a criteria but the candidate must have passed in all the subjects. Candidate must have domicile certificate of Bihar. |

Re: Eligibility to apply for Bihar Civil Service exams? BPSC examination is conducted for recruitment as an officer in state service. The most common required eligibility to appear for the examination is that :- Candidate must have passed bachelor degree from a recognised university. Candidate's age must be between 21-32 years. Candidate must have minimum qualifying aggregate to appear for the examination. If you have the required qualification then you are eligible to appear for the examination. If you have a graduate degree in any stream from recognized university then you are eligible to apply for the recruitment. Minimum age to apply for BPSC is 20 years and maximum age is 37 years for general, 40 years for OBC and 42 years for SC/ST candiadtes. The selection would be on the basis of written examination and personal interview conducted by BPSC. |
