I have to take lateral admission to another college right now I am in Lovely professional University. Is it possible? And what is the procedure?

You can transfer from one university to another which is called Inter-University Migration. Under this, candidates are allowed to migrate from one university to another within same course and syllabus. Migration is subject to satisfaction of certain conditions which are laid down by universities. Each university has different migration criteria.

yes you can transfer one college to other by using mingretion but you have to clear your last semester
