ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA :-- RTO exam clerk post - * Candidates should be the citizen of India. * Candidates should have the age limit within 18 to 37 years. * Candidates should complete graduate from a recognized institute. RTO exam Judicial post - * Candidates should be the citizen of India. * Candidates should have the age limit within 23-35 years. * Candidates should complete graduate in law from a recognized university. RTO exam sub assistant - * Candidates should be the citizen of India. * Candidates should have the age more than 34 years. * Candidates should complete graduate from a recognized university. * In particular fields such as mechanical and civil. |

To become RTO officer you have to complete your graduation in any discipline from recognised University with minimum 50% marks and 45% for reserved categories. You have to qualify the exam that is conducted every Year to recruit the candidates to this post. Age limit should be in between 21 to 30 years and relaxation is given to reserved categories in upper age limit as per the government rules. |

Re: What should I study after 12th to become an RTO Officer? RTO stands for Regional Transport Officer. State Public Service Commission make recruitment for the post of RTO . Recruitment for the RTO post is made for three different posts,i.e.,Clerk post ,Sub Assistant engineer post, and Judicial service Post. So, you can apply for any of the three posts as per your qualification. Anyone who wishes to become an RTO officer has to first complete their Graduation degree in the concerned discipline as per their interest. Eligibility criteria to apply for different posts are as under :- RTO Clerk post : Academic qualification : 12th class in any discipline from a recognized central or state board. Age limit : 18 years to 37 years. RTO Sub Assistant Engineer post : Academic qualification : Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil / Mechanical / Electrical ). Age limit : 23 years to 32 years. RTO Judicial service post: Academic qualification : Bachelor’s degree in Law . Age limit : 23 years to 34 years. Selection Procedure : Preliminary Examination. Main Examination. Interview. |

After that you will have appear entrance exam for RTO Officer which is conducted by State Public Service Commission. RTO Officer Eligibility - You must have passed Mechanical Engineering or Auto Mobile Engineering from a recognized Institute. - Your age should be between 18 to 35 years. Selection - Written Exam - Interview Exam Syllabus - General English - General Knowledge - State Language - General Studies - Optional Subject |
