Hi dear,

Well dear its quite typical to describe as you haven't mentioned your subject combination.

However, lets discuss something.

Career after 12 with Mathematics

For studing Engineering, if you want to explore your career in Engineering you must have to opted for Pure Science which generally includes combination of Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry (PCM). However you can also opt for Maths, Physics and Computer science or else, but I will advice you only to opt for PCM.

That's because for if you want to make a great career in Engineering, then it is important to persue B.Tech from Good Institute, and institutes like- IITs, NITs, BITS etc. are best institutes in India for the purpose, and for persuing B.Tech from there you have to crack IITJEE with good rank, and for appearing for IITJEE PCM is required.some of India's famous Engineering Entrance exams are as follows:-

IITJEE: Till now the eligibility is +2 passed with at least 60% aggregate including PCM. Students appearing in there +2 can also sit for entrance of the same year. Any candidate can appear maximum for 2 times, one in the year in which you are appearing for your +2 and the next year.

For Example: If you are appearing for your +2 in 2011, then you can appear for IITJEE in same year and the next year.

AIEEE: the eligibility is +2 passed. Students appearing in there +2 can also sit for entrance of the same year. Any candidate can appear maximum for 3times, one in the year in which you are appearing for your +2 and the next two years.

For Example: If you are appearing for your +2 in 2011, then you can appear for AIEEE in same year and the next two years also.

VITEEE: Till now the eligibility is +2 passed with at least 60% aggregate including PCM. Students appearing in there +2 can also sit for entrance of the same year.

KIITEE: Till now the eligibility is +2 passed with at least 50% aggregate including PCM. Students appearing in there +2 can also sit for entrance of the same year.

ISAT: Started this year for admission into IIST. Eligibility is candidate must have at least 70% aggregate in 10th and 12th also.

BITSAT: Conducted for admission into BITS. Eligibility is candidate must have at least 80% aggregate in +2 along with 60% in PCM.

Besides these there are also many State level Entrance conducted by State government. For example:- West Bengal has WBJEE, Maharashtra has MH-CET etc.....

Whereas in biology, Medical is considered the best of all.

If you want to explore your career in Medical you must have to opted for Pure Science which generally includes combination of Physics, Biology and Chemistry (BCM). However you can also opt for Biology, Physics and Chemistry or else like- Biotech etc., but I will advice you only to opt for BCM.

That's because for if you want to make a great career in Medical, then it is important to persue MBBS from Good Institute, and institutes like- AIIMS, AFMC etc. are best institutes in India for the purpose, and for persuing MBBS from there you have to crack AIIMS Medical Entrance, AIPMT, AFMC Medical Entrance etc. with good rank.

Except Engineering or Medical only few options strick my mind for you.

1) Simplely Complete your M.sc or B.sc degree along with B.ed and opt for Teaching jobs in Goverment Higher secondary schools. At present any teacher in Goverment HS school of Kolkata get 30,000 as basic salary for studing any science subject. Besides these you can opt for Private Coaching also one of the best option. Kolkata is a place where Teaching is one of the most lucaretive job option. Today by having few years of teaching experiance in can open your own Coaching institute. And can easily Ern 6 figure salary.

You can also join some institutes for teachning like- Pathfinder, FITJEE, Resonace etc. FITJEE & Resonance even pay 7 figures salary to there teacher.

2) Simplely after completing your P.hd you can opt for research. Any research Scientist Recieved 50,000 per month in Kolkata. For example- Md. Jamaluddin. Simultaneously you can teach also in Colleges as well and double your stipend.

3) Opt for Hotel Management. Complete your B.Sc/M.sc (Hotel Management) from a good institute and you can find good job in 5 star Hotels, Resturaunts etc.
Different Stroke, other then your science background

BCA, benchmark and job gauranting course for one who want to persue MBA in Hospitality to explore there career in 5 stars hotels and Cruise.
Institute: Hundreds of Institutes across India, provides BBA dergee.
Admission: Large number provides Direct admission on the basisi of aggregate will some also conducts entrance.
LLB (Corporate Law), this course is mainly studied by students who have speech power and ability to tackle the issues nicely. It one of the most lucaretive option and an evergreen, thats because each and every Company or weather small or Giant has there own Corporate lawers, for handling the legal issues relating to company.
Institute: Many Institutes/University/college across India, provides this dergee.
Admission: Large number provides admission on the basis of entrance.

Re: What are the career options available after passing 12th with 69%?

after 12th with science stream there are so many career option. but you have to choose any one from these. first of all obviously you should go for further study. you should not go for job in this stage.

now after 12th the most popular trend is to take admission in engineering. so you may go for engineering. for this you have to appear in engineering entrance examination like AIEEE, IIT JEE etc. if you score good rank in this examination then you will be able to take admission in college through counseling.

if you have potential to become a doctor then you may try for medical course. for this you have to appear in medical entrance examination.

you may also take admission in B.Sc course with hons in a good subject like physics or chemistry. the demand for general study is very much high now. so you may go for this.

you may o for some other professional course like BCA, BBA, B.Pharm etc. the job opportunity after all these course are very good. so you may go for this type of course.

other so many course also available for 12th pass candidate with science stream. but you have to choose the best suitable one for you from these options.

all the best.

Re: What are the career options available after passing 12th with 69%?

If you get the percentage 62 in science then its not depend that which field will be good for your.
Whatever you decide to become after 12th science, you should go in your decided field.
You should not see your percentage.

12th % only for selection of good college, not for selection of field.
You can go any of field because if you work hard then its also suitable for you.
But mostly the science is for the engineering and doctor. So you should go in famous field of engineering or doctor and you should have to make carrier
All the best
