To become a IAS, a candidate should have to apply for UPSC CSE, which is conducted by UPSC every year.
To apply for UPSC IAS, a candidate should hold a bachelor's degree in any and also no certain marks criteria has been set to apply for the examination.
So, first complete your bachelor's degree and then apply.

Hello,
There is no percentage restriction for graduate students to appear for IAS exam. You just have to complete your graduation from a recognised college or university.
Thankyou

Re: What is the percentage required for UPSC entrance exam?

UPSC - Union Public Service Commission, conducts Various entrance exams like NDA/CDS/Civil Service Exam/SCRA etc.

There is no percentage of marks required in any level of education for application to these entrance exams conducted by UPSC.

As you are interested for IAS(Indian Administrative Service) and to become an IAS officer you have to crack Civil Service Exam after Graduation Degree.

Apart from this, the eligible candidate must be an Indian National having either appear for the final Graduation Degree exam or pass in any stream from a recognised University within the age of 21 to 30 years with upper age relaxation for reserved candiddate.
