Re: Minimum age for appearing in 10th exam under CBSE Board curriculum? The minimum age required to appear in CBSE 10th standard board examinations is 15 years. Candidates who are pursuing 10th standard and have attained minimum 15 tea of age are eligible to apply. In case, if you are deficient of age limit, you need to submit the medical certificate from a recognised doctor to be eligible to appear in 10th standard board examinations. |

Minimum age for appearing in 10th exam under CBSE Board curriculum:- As for the guidelines of Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) the minimum age to appear in the 10th board exam is 14 years, as of 31st December of the year of examination. However, there is no upper limit of age to appear in the exam. But there is maximum number of attempts to appear in the examination. A candidate can at most attempt 3 times for CBSE board exam. |

As per the current CBSE norms to be eligible to register for CBSE Class 10th board examination, the minimum age of candidate must be at least 13 years as on the 1st October of that year in which the candidate has got admitted to his/her Class 9th. So, being born on 10.10.2006, you will be underage to register for CBSE Class 10th 2021 board examination. But there is maximum number of attempts to appear in the examination. |

Am I eligible to appear in Board exam in 2021 or not? What should be the minimum age at the time of registration in 9th class as per guidelines of CBSE Board? |
