You are eligible to appear for Civil Services examination with Bachelor of Commerce in Accountancy and Finance offered by IGNOU. IGNOU is a recognized university of India and degree offered by it is valid for Civil Services examination. The minimum age limit is 21 years. |

The minimum academic qualification required to apply for Civil Services examination is bachelor's degree in any stream from a recognized university. B.Com candidates from IGNOU with mentioned specialization can apply for this exam. The age limit for this exam is 21-32 years for open category candidates. Reserved category candidates are eligible for upper age relaxation. |

Yes definitely you are eligible to appear in civil services examination after completion of your degree. As per the minimum eligibility criteria and qualification the candidate must have done graduation in any discipline from a recognised University. |

Examination is conducted by UPSC. The eligibility for the examination is that candidate must have passed bachelor degree in any discipline from a recognised university. The age limit is 21-32 years. There is relaxation of 3 years for OBC and 5 years for SC/ST in upper age limit. Examination is conducted in three stages. For more information about examination visit at www.upsc.gov.in. |

To appear for Civil Service examination, the required qualification is that candidate must have passed bachelor degree from a recognised university. The age limit is 21-32 years from a recognised university. There is no limitation on discipline of bachelor degree or aggregate to appear in examination. Examination is conducted in three stages. The eligibility to appear in the examination is that :- Candidate must have passed or in the final year of bachelor course. The age limit is 21-32 years. The first thing I would like to let you know is that the minimum education required for appearing in the Civil Services examination is a graduation degree in any discipline from a recognized university. So, being a student of B.Com degree course at IGNOU, you are eligible for appearing in the Civil Services examination as far as the educational requirement for the same examination is concerned.
