But this university has been disbanded from list of University Grants Commission. It was not recognized by All India Council for Technical Education. |

Re: Is EIILM university recognized by UGC and approved by AICTE? EIILM stands for Eastern Institute for Integrated Learning in Management. UGC stands for University Grants Commission. AICTE stands for All India Council for Technical Education. No, EIILM University is not recognized by UGC and not approved by AICTE right now. In April 2015, this university was recognized by UGC through its main campus in regular mode. But, right now, this university has no valid recognition. This university has been closed in 2016 by Sikkim High Court due to forgery, cheating and criminal conspiracy of university's VC, Chairman, Registrar and the Controller of examination. |

Re: Is EIILM university recognized by UGC and approved by AICTE? The full form of EIILM is Eastern Institute of Integrated Learning Management. 1. This university was not approved by AICTE in 2009. It was approved by University Grants Commission for graduation and post graduation course. 2. It is now de-recognized by UGC from 2015. |

Re: Is EIILM university recognized by UGC and approved by AICTE? No, B.Sc. in Information Technology degree course pursued in session 2009-11 from EIILM university is not valid. As per the details available online, degrees awarded to students inside Sikkim in three courses, i.e. B.A. (Hospitality & Tourism), BCA and MBA till academic year 2009-10 may be valid. |

It was earlier approved by University Grants Commission for undergraduate and post graduate courses. UGC reported this university to be non functioning since December 2014. It was dissolved by Government of Sikkim in April 2015. It was not approved by All India Council for Technical Education. |
