Re: How to join ISRO in BSc Physics? For joining as ISRO Scientist -SC (entry level). basic education qualification is Msc or Btech. Msc can be in Physics, chemistry or mathematics. After Bsc physics you can join as Technical Assistant, ISRO allow you option of part-time/correspondence study, after completing Msc you can get promoted to Scientist-SC |

Yes,you can but there is another option You can join the Indian Institute of Science Bengaluru or the Indian Institute of Space Science and Technology at Thiruvananthapuram at XII+ stage .Next chance will come when fresh Graduates are taken in as trainees to be enrolled for the M.Sc course, or P.Gs are taken in as trainees for Ph.D course.Be in touch with ISRO’s web site for announcements. Meanwhile,read up as much as you can about Space Science and the role of Physics in it. Understand the ISRO’s activities and training procedures. You can carry out simple experiments on your own which can demonstrate your line of thinking and the ability to do sustained pursuits of given topics. |
