Any one who completed his degree with 55 percent but his subject was back in semster then he cleared in next semster but in same year. So what is the requirement for jmfc exam student have to clear in same semster or in same year for example subject was back in final years 1st semster that subject cleard in 2nd semster of final year so the candiadte cleared his all subject in 1st year

Sir actually i am last year law student i dont know criteria of judiciary exam so guide to us rewarding examination jmfc as will as judiciary exam in detail

Eligibility for JMFC-

JMFC stands for Judicial Magistrate First Track Course. JMFC is a exam of judicial service for the post of judicial magistrate conducted by various state government.

Graduation in law with minimum 55% of marks can apply for this.
The age limit is 35 years for Open category and three relaxation time for OBC and 5 years for ST/SC.The selection is done on the basis of written test and after that you have to face an interview.

You will be eligible to apply for JMFC exam after completing law degree .

JMFC stands for Judicial Magistrate First Class exam.

The JMFC exam is conducted by Maharashtra Public Service Commission (MPSC).

The eligibility criteria for JMFC exam are as under :-

-The candidate must have a LLB degree with 3 years of experience as Attorney or Advocate.

-The age limit for JMFC exam is from 21 years to 35 years for Advocate or Attorney for general category,21 years to 38 years for OBC candidate and 21 years to 40 years for SC/ST candidate.

I have completed my bhms course without failure and then I am learning in third year law course in first year And second Year I got first class from Shivaji university Kolhapur now I wont to prepare for jmfc exam but now I am 26 years old can I be eligible for jmfc exam after law degree guide me.
