Yes my friend you are eligible for IAS exam as you have completed your graduation and the educational qualification required for appearing in this exam is a graduation degree from any stream.

Definitely friend ...

You can apply for IAS with out any hesitation..
as graduate in any discipline is sufficient ...

but must have good command in aptitude, G.K, English, history and etc basic subjects..

Examination information:-

Eligibility:-
-Nationality Indian
-A candidate should be graduate in any discipline from a recognized university
-final year students are also eligible,
-Age must in in between 21-30 years
-Upper age relaxation for OBC-3yrs, and sc/ST-5yrs,

eligibility Criteria for civils


you should have a degree from a recognized university ..the degree can be of any stream.

you should have a minimum age of 21years..

these are the basic eligibility criteria for appearing Civils Examination.

Hello,

Yes, a commercial arts graduate student is eligible to apply for the IAS exam.
Graduate candidates from any stream arts/science/commerce can write the IAS exam, conducted by the UPSC each year.

So you can write this exam definitely.

Dear friend,

Yes , you can appear for the IAS exam, as you have graduated in Commercial Arts course.

The eligibility criteria of IAS exam says that a candidate should have completed graduation degree in any of general arts/science/commerce subjects.

So you are eligible to write the IAS exam.

As per the notification any graduate from a recognised institute can appear for this test. So if you have pursued the course from a recognised institute you can surely appear for this test. You need to select the optional subject based on what course you pursued in graduation. You can purchase the form after 19th of this month if you plan to appear for the 2011 exam. Also you must ensure that you solve as many previous papers.
