MBBS is pursued to become a doctor. Eligibility to complete this course is:
You need to pass your intermediate with atleast 50% aggregate, with botany, zoology, physics, chemistry, as main subjects.
After this you need to clear your entrance test NEET which is all India level examination.

I passed 12th class with 60% marks from CBSE. Can I do BSc from ignou and I want to do MBBS also and I want to give improvement exam. Is it possible that can done BSc from ignou and MBBS together in this year. If I selected in AIPMT than can I do both Bsc from Ignou and MBBS..

No, you are not eligible. The admission in MBBS mainly depends on the entrance test. A good score in the entrance test will be a great advantage. According to the Medical Council of India, the minimum qualification for MBBS courses in India passing Class 12th with 50 per cent marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology stream. Candidates within the first 500 ranks in the merit list of the MBBS course are offered merit-cum-means scholarship. Merit-cum-means scholarships for general category is 5 per cent and will cover only the course fee.

Aligarh Muslim University MBBS entrance http://www.amu.ac.in/

BHU Varanasi MBBS entrance test http://www.bhu.ac.in/
