Re: How to apply to get a job in Army after Nursing course? Yes. After B.Sc (Nursing), You can apply for Military Nursing Service (MNS) on official site of Indian Army www.joinindianarmy.nic.in. Indian Army invites application for the grant of SSC (Service Selection Commission) to Military Nursing Service (MNS). Eligibility For Military Nursing Service (MNS) - You must be Indian Citizen. - You must be female candidate. - You must have passed B.Sc (Nursing) from a recognized university and be a registered Nursing and Midwife State Nursing Council. - Your age should be between 21 to 35 years of the examination year. Selection - Written Test - Interview - Medical Fitness Test - After qualifying written test, successful candidates will be called for Interview. - After Interview, recommended candidates will be called for Medical Fitness. - After qualifying all selection stages, You are required to undergo for pre-commissioning formalities. On completion of these formalities, You will get the joining as nursing officer in the rank of Lieutenant. Written Test Syllabus (100 Marks, 90 Minutes) - General English - Physics - Biology - Chemistry - General Intelligence Required Physical Standards - Vision : 6/6 for better and 6/18 for worse eye - Height : At least 148 cms. - Weight : At least 39 kg. Important Dates - Registration Starts : 20/02/2017 - Last Date of Registration : 12/03/2017 - Written Test : 23/04/2017 - Interview : May, 2017 |
