For degree in automobile engineering, you need 12th from recognized board With Chemistry , Physics and Maths as main subjects. 50% to 60% marks in your class 12th. You should sit for various entrance examinations conduct for admission in Engineering and choose B. tech in Mechanical Engineering or Automobile Engineering. |

You are not eligible to pursue Automobile engineering on the basis of your educational qualification. The required minimum educational qualification is that candidate must have passed or pursuing in std 12th with PCM as main paper. Entrance examination is conducted by various institutions for the admission. So, you are not eligible to get the admission in the course after 12th in commerce stream. |

It is not possible for any commerce stream candidate to pursue degree course in engineering. As per eligibility criteria, the minimum academic qualification for engineering course is 12th passed with science stream and PCM subjects. *Minimum of 50% marks required in 12th board exam. |

Just after completion 12th in commerce, you can't apply for degree in Automobile Engineering. If you want to pursue degree in Automobile Engineering course, then you require first to complete 3 year diploma course in automobile engineering based on class 10th and after completion of your diploma in automobile engineering, you can apply for lateral entry admission directly to 2nd year of B.E (Automobile Engineering). For any stream of Bachelor of Technology or Engineering, science stream is necessary with important subjects like Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. Commerce stream candidates should try for CA, ICWA, Company Secretary course, B.Com, BBA etc. |
