Re: Can I do MCA after B.Com? I am a B.Com student No, B.com students are not eligible for MCA. If you have completed graduation degree with above 60% marks then you are eligible. But mathematics subject is compulsory in your throughout studies. |

Re: Can I do MCA after B.Com? I am a B.Com student MCA stands for Master of Computer Applications. This is a 3 year Post Graduation course being offered by many of the colleges in India. As a part of required academic qualification to join this course, one should have completed Graduation with any of the stream from a recognized college. But it is necessary that the candidate should have studied Mathematics subject either in 10+2 or in Graduation. You did not mention the stream that you have studied in your 10+2. There won't be Mathematics subject in B.Com course. If you have studied Mathematics in 10+2, then you are eligible, otherwise you are not. If you are not eligible, I would suggest you to opt for MBA with computer related specializations like MBA in Systems Management MBA in Information Technology |

Re: Can I do MCA after B.Com? I am a B.Com student I don't think so you can go for mca after bcom because mca is totally a different feild as it deals with master's in computer application and hence you need to know learn about various computers software like Java c++ etc which is not at all linked with bcom. Thank you |
