Re: A housewife can do B.Ed online? B. Ed distance degree is absolutely valid and acceptable for government and private teaching jobs in schools. However, they will be considered for jobs only if they score high merit in the recruitment exam conducted by the state/ central government.Candidate needs to have a bachelor's degree with 50% minimum in any discipline from recognized institute. There is no such age limit required to do this course. |

Re: A housewife can do B.Ed online? You can do B.ED through Distance Mode or correspondence mode. All you have to do:- --completion of Bachelor Degree from any of the recognized board with minimum of 50%Mark's -- Age is not an issue. The top level Distance mode institute for education is IGNOU.. Its offered you to complete your B.ED course with very affordable fee structure. |

Re: A housewife can do B.Ed online? I am a single mother and I don't have time to do b.ed in regular basis. I have done my B.A in education with 50% marks in 2009. Can I do b.ed from ignou? Because I've heard that it is compulsory to be a teacher to get admission in ignou. |

In order to do B.Ed course from online mode or through distance mode you need to have the basic qualification to do this course and that includes : candidate needs to have a bachelor's degree with 50% minimum in any discipline from recognized institute. There is no such age limit required to do this course. So, if you have bachelor degree course with 50% then yes you can apply for B.ED course easily. Here are the list of distance colleges where you can do B.ED course : - IGNOU - TAMIL NADU OPEN UNIVERSITY. - KAKATIYA UNIVERSITY. - DELHI UNIVERSITY. - ANNAMALAI UNIVERSITY. - NETAJI SUBASH OPEN UNIVERSITY. - BARDWAN UNIVERSITY. - SIKKIM MANIPAL UNIVERSITY. - AMITY UNIVERSITY etc. Admission are done on the basis of entrance exam score. B.ED course fess would cost you around 1 lac. The course duration is for 2 years. |

But before doing you must check where you want to the course is that recognized or not there are many university or college offering courses which are in valid so , before doing the course you must check it thoroughly. |

Re: A housewife can do B.Ed online? Sorry, it is not possible to do online BEd course for you. But let me tell you that you can opt for correspondence BEd course if you are unable to join a regular couse. There are many universities which provide correspondence course. IGNOU is one of them. |
