ISAT conducted by Indian Institute of Space Science and Technology (IIST) offers B.Tech programmes in Aerospace Engineering, Avionics and Physical Sciences.
ISAT is an All India Admission Test, open to all eligible students who have completed the prescribed qualifiying examination under the (10+2) pattern from a recognised board or pre-university. Question Paper framed for ISAT is of objective type and consist of three separate sections on Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics.
I have attached the syllabus and the brochure.
the centres of exam across india are mentioned in the brochure.

IIST (ISRO institute) is the best option. The institute offers Bachelors Degree in Space Technology with specialisation in Avionics and Aerospace Engineering and Integrated Masters Programme in Applied Sciences with special emphasis on space related subjects.
Next there are plenty options via regular engineering entrance examinations AIEEE, BITS, other state level engg entrances, Amity etc for doing B Tech Aero space

  34. M.V.J College of Engineering,White Flied, Banglore. - http://www.mvjce.edu.in/

But in above colleges/universities, admission is made from different modes and for different level of education. Some operate UG and PG , or some may conduct only PG course. But since you want to make career in aerospace, and being a 11th class student, you have to work hard for IIT-JEE exam. As this exam provides admission in aerospace engineering course in IITs and associated colleges. Otherwise you individiualy apply entrance tests for individual college. For example , for IIST, Banglore, you need to write IIST's exam ISAT of respective year, and so on.

hello
for entering into ISRO....
one must be post graduate
you need to get good score in your class 12 and give the entrance exam for IIT which is considered the best for aero space engineering .
you have to complete your b.tech in aero space and then the postt graduation in same....
after that only, you become eligible for applying in ISRO.....
all the best..
