Re: Can I get into Infosys after scoring 70% in 10th,75% in 12th and 6.75 and 7.5 CGPA in 1st and 2nd year B.Tech? sir i have 87.2 percent in 10th cbse..88.6 percent in 12th..and i got 6.9235 as my b.tech cgpa so far as i completd my 3rd year..so sir.what are my placement oppurtunities..i am doing b.tech cse from a deemed university in tamil nadu..and companies like tcs,ibm,accenture,infosys,wipro,ebay,amazon,micros oft etc visit my college for placements..so what are my chances to get into some of these reputed companies?? |

Ya U can but alwayz maintain a overall 65% or 6.5 +. And better u try out some other cmpny like Hp,HCL,IBM etc as they are product based cmpny I am myself a infosys Employee . Only the Training part is gud. Also if u r a North Indian don't go for Infy as Infy has only one office there at chandigarh which is already over crowded. You need overall skill development to suite this company. You need to be energetic, quick, not shy you should have convincing abilities. Afterall you are talking about one of the best and reputed company so your marks only won't do the needfull you need to develop yourself in totality to meet the requirements of the company. thank you. |

The minimum %requirement is more that 65% in b.tech but some time it increases to even 68% to be eligible for written test.and there seems no problem with your percentage..you are absolutely eligible for it... The percentage criteria is you over all percentage so donot worry .. and It consists of aptitude question ,completion of sentences,correction of sentences ,reading comprehension,synonyms,antonyms. all are multiple choice question and they may put sectional cutoff in aptitude and verbal so pay weightage to both parts. |

I have secured 70% in 10th and 75% in 12th. And in b.tech, 1st year was little bit poor with, 6.75 and next years are above 7.5. Can i get in Infosys? |
