There is no relaxation in upper age limit for reserved category.

As per now, the maximum age limit is 62 years.

The minimum age required to be eligible for the examination is 21 years, and the maximum age is 35 years.
And the 5 years relaxation for caste category candidates and 3 years relaxation for OBC.
Other requirements to become a Judge is :-
• The candidates must possess a degree in law (LL.B) and must have practised as an Advocate, Attorney or a Pleader in the High Court.
• Candidate must be have citizenship of India.
• Has been a Judge for at least five years in a High Court or of two or more High Court in Succession.
• Has been for at least an advocate for ten years of one , or more than one High Court in Succession.

The Minimum age is 21years and maximum is 35 years.

Basic requirement :

A person to be appointed as a judge of a high court, should be a citizen of India. Further, He should have held a judicial office in the territory of India for ten years or. should have been an advocate of high court(s) for ten years

Is there any upper age limit to become a High Court Judge?

Dear Sir, what is upper age limit for working Advocate to become a High Court Judge? Is there any restriction for age? Any relaxation for any caste category candidates? What is the standard age criteria? What are other requirements to become Judge?
