He is medical unfit to brain surgery 2021 Nagpur meditrina hospital and this time rest And medical Leave in job my problem is this time salary is not satisfied to HPL. My request is how to get job in my father place. Thank you _- |

Yes you can get a government job in yours father's place but for that your father need to have a minimum of 5 years of job service left over. More over you need to take the medical certificate of your father with govt. and official attestation. |

Recently my father got brain surgery so he is unable to perform his duty well in bank employees are facing problem but they can understand my father problem.. he was the way to way to my family now he suffering with ill.. i would like to do the job of my father to take care of family.. |

Re: Can I get a government job in my fathers place if he is unfit? Its depend on job type, rules of their company. If he is not able to do the job again and if the company allow their seat to their family member then you can join your father's company or job whatever it is. |

My father was passed away in 2017.he was a government teacher he got this job on the place of my grandfather because when my grandfather died he was on duty at that time and same my father was also on duty when he died .Can i apply for job on the place of my father's job |

This is not easy to get Govt.job in place of your father if he unfit in his position. **It is sure if your father is eligible for pension then he has to surrender his job. **Only death case can give you the compassion ground Job. **Other wise if he is not eligible for pension then according to qualification you can claim your father's job. Although you must undertake some Entrance tests, Interview rounds to qualify for your father's job. Recommendation by your father also play a very crucial role in fetching you a job. Basically, once only get his/her father's job, if his/her father passes away before his retirement. But then also, his son or daughter will not get the same post of his/her father as it requires for experience and that much qualification to reach that post. |

If you fulfill the above criteria then you will be able to get the job but not the exact job of your father but some lower order job according to your educational qualification. |
