The university is not recognized by All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE). As far as PhD in Statistics is concerned, the university do not offer PhD programs, and specifically in Statistics, the university offers M.Phil in Statistics and to be considered eligible for it, candidate must hold a masters degree in statistics awarded by a recognized university.
