Can I appear for NEET exam after passing 12th in biology

To be eligible for NEET examination, one should complete 12th standard or an equivalent examination with 50% aggregate marks of Physics, Chemistry and Biology subjects from a recognised board. As you have not studied Biology subject in your 12th standard, you are not eligible to apply for NEET examination.

No you are not eligible to apply for the NEET exams because your percentage is just 45%.

Education criteria for NEET students:
12th Pass with minimum 50% marks in aggregate in subjects Phy, Chemistry and Biology and passing marks in English
AGE- Minimum 17 years

NEET Stands For National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test.

Eligibility Criteria :-




A candidate who have completed their 12th with Physics, Chemistry and Biology with at least 50% from Recognized Board exam are eligible for it.....

For SC/ST 45% marks candidate....

Final years of 12th std students also eligible for this exam....

Citizenship of India...

Age of candidate should be between 17 to 25 years......

There is upper age relaxation for reserved category candidates as 5 years for SC/ST/OBC.....

your date of birth is 6.10.1982 so , now your age 31 years so sorry you are not eligible for NEET exam...

NEET exams has replkaced the CBSE conducted AIPMT exams

So you cannot apply as your 12th percentage is just 45%
