Which subject for uptet should I choose as I have done bcom and commerce is not in the option.?

Yes, you are eligible to appear for the Central Teacher Eligibility Test examination conducted by the CBSE every year for the recruitment of the teacher in the different central government schools and also for the TET examination conducted by the state government.

The required qualification to appear for the examination is candidates must have passed the graduation from the recognised university and the with the one year B.Ed degree. So you are eligible to appear. But you need to qualify in the examination for the final selection.
