Can I get a job in VLSI domain having S.S.C 76.3%, Inter 73.6, B.Tech 58.68% (E.C.E) marks?

S.S.C 76.3%, Inter 73.6, B.Tech 58.68% (Electronics and Communication Engg)
I have interest in VLSI and Embedded System. But I heard that companies hire people with 60% and above in their academics. I want to work in VLSI domain.
Should I do M.Tech in VLSI or Embedded Systems?
Is it possible that with M.Tech >70% I can get a job in any VLSI company?
Is there any chance after doing my M.Tech? I am 24 years old.
Can I do my M.Tech when I turn 30 years old?
Please answer all my questions. I am little tensed.
My main question is: Will I get a job in VLSI domain with this profile
S.S.C -76.3%
Intermediate - 76.3%
B.Tech(E.C.E) - 58.68%(Aggregate)(No backlogs ever)
M.Tech(VLSI)- >70%(Assuming that I will score above 70%. I didn't do my M.Tech yet.)
Please help help help..
