Yes. It is. You should speak to your college and write an application to Mumbai University and submit it at the Fort campus. The the dean would roll out a circular regarding the old syllabus exams. I had failed in TYBcom in the year 2010 and I am appearing again in October. Thanks

I gave my S.Y.B.Com in the year 2007 from Mumbai. Will it be possible for me to get admission in T.Y.B.Com in the current year of Mumbai University? Or is there any other university that can help me in completing my B.Com? Can anyone help, please?

Re: Is it possible for me to continue doing TYB.Com if I have a gap of 9 years?

No, you cannot continue your course because the course duration is 3 years and maximum course limit is 6 years, within this 6 years you need to complete your degree otherwise you need to start you education from first year. There is age limit for bcom i.e., 22 years, before 22 years only you can get admission for bcom.
Since you have a 9 years gap you cannot join and study bcom in Mumbai or Pune university.
If you want to study and appear for any govt exams you can join in short term courses. You can join in short term course based on which job or profession you want to do. Join in that course and get certified and appear for the exams.
