Yes, physically handicapped candidates are eligible for IAS and other services in UPSC.

i am raju i completed BCA degree at tumkur university i am handicaped person but i am Comfortable to field work can i join detective or CID or CBI department....

If any handicap person is also sportsperson at badminton volleyball than also he/she is not eligible for this cid investigation.

Sorry to inform you this but unfortunately you are not eligible for Crime Branch officer as this department deals with physical fitness as well as mental fitness. So, candidate who is physically handicap cannot apply for the CBI exam. No need to get disheartened as there are many other options open for you like Bank, Railways, SSC etc you can surely apply in these departments.
