There is no exam conducted for Anganwadi assistant. you can apply for the Anganwadi assistant if you are widow then there will be relaxation from the government side. 1. the maximum age limit for Anganwadi assistant is 45 years and according to the age relaxation criteria set by the government you will get it in your age relaxation. 2. the minimum education qualification for Anganwadi assistant is 8th pass . 3. you want to get this job on priority level as said you are a widow then write application to your gram pradhan of your Gram Panchayat accordingly you will be benefited. 4. The basic work of Anganwadi assistant in to assist the assistant teacher of state government to execute the national programme of the Government of India like to help the Polio mission, beti padhao Beti Bachao etc. |

Re: What is the age criteria for widow for Anganwadi Assistant? You can apply for the post of anganwadi assistant both offline and online. You should be atleast 8th pass. You should be in age group of 18-45 years. You will be given 3 years of age relaxation. There will be no examination for female candidates. |
