Anyone can go for the B.Ed course if you fulfill the below mentioned eligibility criteria for the same : a) You must have completed your graduation from any recognized college/university. b) You must have completed your graduated from either Arts or Science Stream. c) You must have a minimum of 50% marks in Graduation. d) There is a relaxation of 5% marks for those belonging to Reserved Categories. Re: What is the maximum age limit to appear for B.Ed? There is no maximum age limit to pursuing B.Ed course but in general you can apply in between 21yr-35yr. The minimum eligibility required for this course is as under- 1. A Bachelor's degree through a recognized University. 2. Your graduation or post graduation marks must be hold above 50% & For SC/ST candidates the relaxation is upto 45% marks. 3. Only Arts and Science departments are eligible for B.Ed course.There are some institute provide B.Ed course for B.Com and BBA candidates. Every university conduct their own entrance exam for B.Ed candidate selection. But in General there is no use to go for B.ed after 40 years of age as there is no Govt job available then.So if one wishes to do teaching after the age of 40 then instead of doing B.ed its good to appear in the NET exam so that HE can directly apply for the lectureship in some college with a higher salary. |
