Re: After finishing 12th am I eligible to write TET exam? No, you are not eligible for TET exam after finishing 12th. TET stands for Teacher Eligibility Test Eligibility for TET exam:- You should have B.Ed degree with at least 60% . Your degree should not be of more than 7 years. After appearing for the examination if you get more than 60% in the exam then you only consider as a TET pass otherwise you will be considered as fail. |

The candidate who wants to be teacher in government as well as private sector institutes and schools have to appear for the exam. Eligibility for TET exam:- You must have completed your graduation from any recognised College / University. You must have a minimum of 45% marks in graduation to be eligible to get into the merit list if passed in the written test. You must be B.Ed with minimum of 60% marks. There is no age limit for this exam. You must have to secure a minimum of 60% marks to pass this examination. |
