Group I consists of positions like ;......assistant Engineer, executive Engineer, deputy collector, deputy superintendent of police,etc.....

Group II consists of positions like;.......lower than group I,junior engineer, representative etc...

age limit for Group I Exams:
- You should pass the any Degree from Universities of the Central or State Legislature in India or any other educational institutions established by an Act of Parliament.

- Minimum Age Limit 21 years for all candidates.

- Maximum Age Limit 35 years for SC, ST, MBC, BC, BCM, and Destitute Widows of all castes and 30 years for remaining candidates.

age limit for Group II Exams:
- Master’s Degree or a Bachelors Degree and BGL Degree or a Bachelors Degree with first class.

- Minimum Age Limit 21 years for all candidates.

- Maximum Age Limit 35 years for SC, ST, MBC, BC, BCM, and Destitute Widows of all castes and 30 years for remaining candidates.

- And these exams are get very difficult and you better to take coaching for groups .

Hello Friend,
I feel your question is about the state PSC group exams as you have not mentioned anything in the question. PSC divides the job on offer into 4 different groups. Group 1 pay scale is higher than group 2 and subsequently pay scale gets less for group 3 and 4. Some of the post in the different groups are as follows:
Group1
Deputy Collector, Deputy Superintendent of Police, District Registrar etc
Group 2
Assistant Commercial Tax Officer, Municipal Commissioner, Junior Employment Officer etc
Group 3
Sterno Typist,Security Staff etc
Group 4
Junior Assistant, Typist etc
