Re: Can I be eligible to apply for ISRO? I have scored 58% in B.Tech Yes you can apply for ISRO but you have to qualify through GATE Exam. You should crack Gate exam then only you will be able to work with ISRO. Companies like BHEL, GAIL, ISRO, DRDO, etc select candidates who qualified in GATE exam. |

Re: Can I be eligible to apply for ISRO? I have scored 58% in B.Tech ISRO stand for(Indian Space Research Organisation) Yes you are eligible for ISRO BE/B. Tech or equivalent qualification in first class with an aggregate minimum of 65% marks or CGPA 6.84/10 (average of all semesters for which results are available). Candidate from streams of engineering like Mechanical engineering, Electrical engineering or Electronics & Communication engineering or Computer science engineering can apply for the test. |

I have scored 58% in B.Tech Isro should put minimum 55 percent bcos in many college student get less mark in internal exam and there percent became less while some college in India give good internal mark and there percent cross 70 .there should be no percent creteria in isro |

Re: Can I be eligible to apply for ISRO? I have scored 58% in B.Tech No you are not eligible to apply for ISRO Junior Scientist/Engineering examination because of your academic percentage. Eligibility criteria to appear in ISRO Junior Scientist/Engineer is --> Candidate have to score at least 60% in B.E/B.Tech with ECE or ME. --> Candidate who are in final year of B.E/B.Tech can also apply. As you have below 60% marks in B.Tech so you cannot apply for ISRO. |

Re: Can I be eligible to apply for ISRO? I have scored 58% in B.Tech ISRO stands for Indian Space Research Organisation. ISRO conducts the entrance exam for admission of eligible candidates in its Bachelor of Technology courses under different disciplines. The eligibility criteria to apply for ISRO are following:- -The candidates should have completed Intermediate/ Class 12th with the PCM Group along with a minimum percentage as stated. Bachelor of Technology with at least 65% marks in aggregate. -Candidates who are in the final year of the qualifying degree can also apply provided they can produce the same by the time final selections are made. -There will be an objective type paper divided into two parts for each subject as given below: Physics Chemistry and Mathematics The candidates should score at least 60% marks in the written as well as interview for final selections. |

There is no issue, you are eligible for entrance exam of ISRO even after scoring 58 % marks in bachelor's degree. Candidate from streams of engineering like Mechanical engineering, Electrical engineering or Electronics & Communication engineering or Computer science engineering can apply for the test. Age limit is 21-30 years. ISRO entrance test pattern: Section I: 100 questions from your own stream of engineering. I have scored 58% in B.Tech Yes you are absolutely eligible for ISRO , because you have a btech degree with 58 percentage marks There is only one eligibility criteria you must have a degree from any recognized university and your age is in between 21-30 years |
