Get exam and its scorecard is acceptable in all over the India. But some colleges has own entrance examination for M TECH. Other entrance examination for M TECH are 1. BITSAT 2. SRMEEE 3. TANCET 4. CET Entrance Exam 5. Petrolium University M Tech Entrance Examination |

Re: Names of different types of entrance exams for M.Tech? hi for taking Admission in M.tech course, you need to appear for GATE Entrance examination, because GATE examination is only the examination which provide you admission in top M.tech colleges of India. And Most of the top University accept the GATE score card top get admission in M.tech course. The University Like IIT, NIT, Delhi University and all other Top university In India accepts the GATE score. So, its better if you can prepare for GATE examination to get admission in Top colleges. But Many Other Top colleges will also conducts his own entrance exams like VITMEE, PTU. But, i will suggest you to prepare for GATE Examination if you are really intrested to get top M.tech colleges. Because GATE examination is the best entrance examination to get admission in M.tech course. Other Entrance examination for M.tech - BITSAT BIT, Mesra, Ranchi GAT CET Entrance exam SRMEEE TANCET Petroleum University M.etch Entrance examination. note:you will appeared throw gate ,gate is best option for M.Tech. best of luck. |

Re: Names of different types of entrance exams for M.Tech? for taking admission in M.Tech All India basis one entrance examination is GATE. if you want to take admission in M.Tech in good college then you have to appear in GATE examination and you have to secure good score. few institution also arrange for M.Tech entrance examination only for taking admission in that particular institution. even some seat are reserved for GATE qualified candidates and some seats are filled through entrance test. if you go with GATE score then you will get stipend for your M.Tech study from MHRDT. but if you take admission without GATE score then you will not avail any stipend. also few institution provide stipend for their own entrance examination qualified students like ISI(Indian Statistical Institution). so first you should try for GATE. after that if you are unable to do good score in GATE then go for any other entrance test for M.tech admission. best of luck. |
