MEd candidate can apply for NET is MEd considered equivalent to Masters degree?
any resource or official declaration etc, from which we can confirm the both?

No, B.Ed degree is not essential for UGC NET exam.

You have completed M.Sc degree in Mathematics so you are eligible for CSIR NET exam but you are not eligible for UGC NET exam.

Those candidates who have completed masters degree from a recognized university are eligible for CSIR NET exam. General and OBC candidates should hold 55% and above marks in masters degree. For SC/ST candidate its 50% and above in masters degree.

Your age should be below 28 years.

Is B.ed compulsory for appearing in interview of UCG NET. I have completed M.SC (maths) with 60 % marks. Am I eligible for UCG NET or I have to complete B.ed first?
