Re: B.Tech final year student can apply for CSIR NET? No, you can't. With BTech degree, you are eligible to apply for the CSIR UGC NET exam, but only for the Junior Research Fellowship. According to the CSIR NET exam guidelines, candidates who have qualified the master's degree or 4-year graduation degree with minimum 55% aggregate marks are in the qualifying year of the degree can appear for the exam. So, BTech final year student can apply for CSIR JRF exam. |

Yes,you are eligible to apply for CSIR NET. :- Candidates must compete 12th with science background . :- Must complete graduation like B.pharma/ B.sc/B.tech with minimum of 55%marks. :- Indian citizen only :- 28 years age required with 5 years age relationship for SC/ST students... |

According to the CSIR NET exam guidelines, candidates who have passed the Masters’ degree or 4-year Graduation degree with minimum 55% aggregate marks or are in the qualifying year of the degree can appear for the exam. As you are in the final year of B.Tech, can appear for the CSIR NET JRF exam. |

CSIR NET eligibility criteria:- Candidate who want to apply for the CSIR NET Exam must have one of the following degrees MSc Integrated BS-MS BS-4 years BE/BTech BPharma MBBS Or an equivalent degree Candidate must satisfy minimum percentage:- For General and OBC Candidate-55% For ST/SC/PWD Candidate-50% Yes you can apply for CSIR NET when you are in final year of BTech. |
