The required eligibility to pursue the course is that candidate must have passed master degree from a recognised university. There are a lot of Institutes which are offering PhD without masters degree, and its not mandatory to have a master degree if you want to go her PhD. It could be viable option that saves your time, money or both. Going directly for a PhD is a good choice when:- You are completely decided to your area of study. You want to work in a highly competitive field and need top credentials. You plan to teach or a research at the university level, or study in a research intensive field. While a PhD is certainly no guarantee, it will get you that much closer to your goal. |

Re: Can I do PhD directly without master degree having 20 years experience? --- It is not possible to do PhD directly without masters degree having 20 years experience as a BAMS doctor. You have to pursue MS or MD in Ayurveda before pursuing PhD. --- PhD Ayurveda is a program of three or five years duration which deals with the study of traditional medicine and its uses and effects. Admission to PhD Ayurveda is granted on the basis of merit as well as entrance course depending upon the institute in which you are going to take admission. |
