To become a Loco Pilot a candidate must qualify for class 10th and 12th examination with Mathematics and Physics as subjects from a recognized board. Candidate should have a sound understanding of subjects like Velocity, Acceleration, Momentum, Energy, Work, Simultaneous Equations, and others, and Engineering diploma or have worked as an apprentice under the government's Apprentice Act can help you get you a job. A candidate is required to clear RRB ALP and Technician Exam or Metro Recruitment exam to become a Loco Pilot. |

One can appear for Loco Pilot recruitment examination is that candidate must have passed diploma or ITI from a recognised institutions. B.Com is not the sufficient eligibility criteria to appear for the examination. So, you can apply for Loco Pilot after ITI or diploma degree. |

To become a loco pilot, the candidate should have minimum educational qualification of 10th with an ITI diploma from a recognised board. If you have done an ITI diploma then you can apply for the post of loco pilot otherwise not. http://indianrailways.gov.in |

If the candidate has studied Commerce, you would not be able to qualify for the Loco Pilot Aptitude test. You must have at least a 12th degree with PCM or an engineering degree to meet the criteria. |

The age limit is 18-30 yrs If you have above qualification then only you can apply. The candidate must be from science stream and ITI of electrical or diesel trade. Diploma in electrical or mechanical is needed after this one has to apply for Post of ALP. |

The qualification criteria required to become a loco pilot in Indian Railways and the steps that you need to follow are maintained below:- You should have passed 10th standard and ITI or diploma in engineering course from a government recognised University. The age criteria to apply for this examination is 18 years and the maximum age limit is 30 years. Upper age limit is applicable to reserved category candidates as per government rules. No minimum percentage criteria is required and candidates who have passed 10th standard are eligible to apply for loco pilot examination. You need to appear in RRB loco pilot examination by applying online at RRB official website once, the official notification is released by RRB. |

Yes, The eligibility to appear for the examination is that candidate must have passed diploma or ITI course from a recognised institute. The age limit is 18-30 years. You are not eligible to appear for examination after B.Com course if you do not have the above qualification. |

Re: Is it possible to become a Loco Pilot with B.Com qualification? No, for the recruitment as Loco Pilot, you have to pursue diploma and ITI from a recognised institution. So, you are not eligible to appear the loco pilot recruitment examination. |
