Re: Can I be eligible to write group exam? I am studying final year B.E Yes you can. Even in the last Group 1 exam final year students were allowed, provided you must have got your degree before the interview process. |

I am studying final year B.E -> The minimum educational qualification required to apply for groups like group-1, group-2 and group-4 exams conducted by state governments is Graduation in any stream from UGC approved college or institution. ->So, you can apply for these exams after the completion of B.E. -> And age limit to apply for these exams will vary from state to state but maximum number of states will follow the below age criteria. * 18-35 years for group-1 exam * 18-30 years for group-2 and group-4 exams & the age relaxations are : 3 years for OBC candidates and state government employees, 5 years for SC and ST candidates, 10 years for Orthopedically handicapped candidates. -> The selection procedure of these exams is * Written test( objective or descriptive type) * Personal interview or skill test * Documents verification. |

The eligibility criteria for Group exams are: >>You must have done bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized university. Final year candidates can also apply for exam. You can apply for Group I and II exams of any state after completing bachelor's degree in engineering. >>The age criteria varies from state to state in case of Group I and II exams. The general age limit is 18-34 years. Upper age relaxation applicable to candidates of reserved category. For any more details, you must visit official website of Public Service Commission of state in which you are interested. |
