Re: How to join 2nd year diploma? Yes, you can definitely take admission in 2nd year of polytechnic after completion of your 12th. But, if your are opting for computer, IT, or E&TC, my suggestion would be take admission in the first year itself, as the basics are taught in the first year. If you join directly in the second year, other students are way ahead of you when it comes to logic building, understanding concepts related to the particular subject. You can take admission in the first year depending upon your SSC marks (even if you have completed HSC). |

Re: How to join 2nd year diploma? Yes, you can get direct admission in second year of diploma course after completion of your 12th standard. Candidates who have passed 12th standard or two years ITI course from a government institute are eligible to get direct admission in second year of diploma course. To get admission in second year of diploma course, you have to appear and qualify the entrance examination like VOCLET, etc; which is conducted by your respective State Board of Technical Education. |

Re: How to join 2nd year diploma? You can be admitted in the second year of Diploma after 12th but in certain trades. Most of the course are available in lateral entry schemes. You can visit the official website of the concerned organisation for more details. |
