Yes Off course you're eligible to apply for Indian Army wing after completing B.E course. Being a B.E student you may join in Indian Army wing through CDS entrance examination. CDS stands for Combined Defence Service and this entrance examination is conducted by Union Public Service Commission for every twice in a year.

Eligibility Criteria for Indian Army through CDS Exam:-

-You should be Citizen of India
-You should complete Bachelor degree in any discipline from recognized university
-Final year candidate may also eligible to apply for this Examination
-You should be Unmarried Male candidate
-You should age should be 19 years to 24 years
-You should be Physically Fit according to the Physical Standards
