I am a student in M. Pharm (Pharmaceutical Chemistry) 1st year and I want to apply for csir net in life sciences. Can I choose life sciences or Should I only choose chemical sciences??

Yes, you are eligible for CSIR NET exam.

Those candidates who have completed masters degree from a recognized university are eligible for CSIR NET exam. General and OBC candidates should hold 55% and above marks in masters degree. For SC/ST candidate its 50% and above in masters degree.

Your age should be below 28 years.

I am going to start PG course (MSc maths) from Shridhar university...as a regular student.
After getting my PG degree ...will i be eligible for CSIR UGC NET ??
i want to know...is the degree from this univrsity will make me able to apply for govt. jobs in india??
