°°° NO, after qualifying CTET ( Central Teacher Eligibility Test ) you can apply for all those vacancies of teachers that are released by the central government for various Central controlled Government schools such as Kendriya Vidyalaya, DSSB, NVS etc.
You cannot apply in any state teacher eligibility test hence, you are not eligible to apply for any vacancy that is released by Karnataka state.

--- No, if you have got 89 marks in Central Teacher Eligibility Test then you are not eligible to apply for any vacancy that is released in Karnataka state but however, you can apply for all those vacancies that are conducted on Central basis by the central government such as KVS, DSSSB, etc.

Eligibility
Those who have completed class 12th with 50% marks and have passed DEd course are eligible for CTET

Or
Those who have passed class 12th with 45% marks and have passed B.EI.ED are eligible for CTET .
Or
Those who have completed bachelor's degree and BEd with 50% marks are eligible for CTET.

CTET eligibility for Karnataka state.

Age Limit - Minimum 17 years.

Educational Qualification - 50% in Senior Secondary with 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education.

Work Experience - Not Required.

Eligibility:-

PUC / Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with a minimum of 50% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of 2- year Diploma in elementary education (by whatever name known) OR PUC / Senior Secondary (or it is equivalent) with a minimum of 50% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of 4- year Bachelor of elementary education (B.El.Ed).

OR

Senior Secondary (or it’s equivalent) with a minimum of 50% marks and passed or appearing within the final year of 2- year Diploma in Education (Special Education).

OR

B. A / B.Sc Graduation and passed or appearing within the final year of 2-year Diploma in elementary education (by whatever name known)
