GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery) is a 3.5 years duration course in which 3 years duration for academics and 6 months for internship. No upper age limit to apply for this course. If you studied (10+2) with science subjects, then you are eligible to apply for GNM course. Some institutes offer admission to GNM course on the basis of entrance exam whereas some institutes offer direct admission based on merit of qualifying exam.

After completion of GNM course, you will have job opportunities in Nursing Council, Hospitals, Clinics, Health Centers, Angadwadi Programmes, Teaching and Education etc.
