Yes there are few colleges in Mumbai for girls check out this list ->Anjuman I Islam Dr Mij Girls Junior College,Bandra West ->Sophia College For Girls/sophaya College,Haji Ali But there are not many options as you requested I have checked this clearly by going through a list of whole colleges in Mumbai all the groups Arts,Science,Engineering,Medical and everything including schools too.
