There are many good job opportunities for ece graduates.....you have chances at both hardware & software field....this field is evergreen.... As your much interested in hardware field then you have go for government job.....you have chances at 1.ies(indian engineering service) 2.pus(public undertaking sector) you can try for government jobs.... 1.ecil(electronic cooperation of india limited) 2.sail 3.ntpc 4.bel 5.bsnl even you have chances to work in software field....there are many good companies like: 1.ibm 2.dell 3.tcs 4.accenture 5.microsoft 6.intel 7.hcl 8.wipro 9.capgemini 10.cts dont worry...bright future is waiting for you.... ECE there are great career offers in IT/ITES, telecom and electrical fields... you can also go for various Jr'Engineer/technical recruitment's of BSNL/MTNL and and system administrator/ IT manager jobs in banking and even in private sector... |

However in foreign there is more opportunity for B. Tech Ece students as electronics and communication devices making industries are available there. In india you can apply for different communication companies and elecronics devices making companies |

Being an ECE B.E student the best field for you is robotics, as you have interest in hardware you should concentrate more on PCB and VLSI designing. You should also look for MICROPROCESSOR NAD MICROCONTROLLER based jobs. There are various private institutions that provide final semester project and Robotics training, if you have the basic knowledge of MPMC you can join them as a trainer and they provide good pay packages. You can join many indian as well as foriegn electronics devicees and circuit component making companies either through exams or through interviews. In foriegn it has more opportunitis. You can also apply for various govt jobs like IES, and other communication jobs |

else you can apply for Bank jobs also like
and there are lots of other opportunity for government jobs
But since you are interested in hardware side so better to opt for government jobs.. |

Dear friend as you have mentioned that as an electonics engineer you are interested in hardware, then you have a lot of apportunity in foriegn. As in india, there are few electronics instrument manufacturing and designing company, so little low opportunity is here, however you can apply and join these company if you are thinking to stay in india. |
