Re: What streams to go for after B.Tech? hi friend..!! (a)you should choose according to your interest and your aim in life. (b)after b.tech,you can go for M.tech if you want to gain more technical knowledge and want to do masters in engineering and technology. (c)you can also go for MBA i.e. Masters in business administrator if your interest is in business and stuff. (d)you can also go for some job in good company or you can go for campus placement. (e)you can go for m.sc i.e.masters in science if and only if you feel comfortable in it and then after you can do ph.d but you should choose according to your interest. all the best!! navjot |

Re: What streams to go for after B.Tech? hi first tell that from which stream u have passed btech then it will possible to give suggestion for further. but in my opinion u have to go for M.Tech. Because it give you high knowledge and more confident to do job and at that time u will not confused for job in which stream u have to go. |

Dear Friend, It is totally dependent upon you and your interest on your subject .After completing youir B.Tech ,it will be better if go for M.Tech .After completing your M.Tech you can apply as a professor or lecturer in some of the reputed institute or college. To get admission for M.Tech from good college you have to get good percentile of marks in GATE exam. For GATE you can join GATE forum. |

Re: What streams to go for after B.Tech? hello dear you see, if you are interested to work with your field then you must do mtech. specially if you want to do research oriented jobs, then MTech is compulsary. but if you are not interested to work in your engineering field, then it is essential to do MBA. but one things you shoud remember, for getting promotion in company, MBA is essentially required. all the best....... |

Re: What streams to go for after B.Tech? dear friend, i would suggest you to take the subject in which your interests lies.because it is only the place where you are interested in will get you through success in that fields.otherwise it will be a burden. moreover ITs is booming sector now as well there is a great scope in core companies. for ITs CSE and IT are the good streams. for core ECE ,EE ,ME etc are good branches. |

Re: What streams to go for after B.Tech? Further Studies: If you prefer to continue to studies, you can do Post graduate courses and then obtain a Ph.D. You have lots of options during this P.G course like M.S/ M.Tech, IAS/IPS, Navy/NDA and Finance related courses like MBA. |
