Re: Is Maths with Biology a good option in 11th standard? YES, both the subjects are under Science stream and therefore they will be a good option for you especially in getting jobs. I would also suggest you to add Physics, Chemistry in your combination with Computer Science and Environmental Science. They will act as a good service provider to you in future. |

So,it is good option for your higher studies. There are many fields after 12th. ARTS and Science courses: 1.B.Sc., Computer Science 2.B.Sc.,Mathematics 3.B.Sc.,Physics 4.B.Sc.,Chemistry 5.B.Sc., Animation 6.BCA (computer Application) Commerce and Administration Courses: 1. BBA (Bachelor of Business Administration) 2. B.Com (Commerce) 3.BMS (Bachelor of Management Studies) In Engineering Branch: 1.ECE 2.EEE 3.Civil 4.Mechanical 5.IT(Information Technology) 6.B.Tech in B.Tech many major available. Choose any one like Bio-medical engineering etc., Other than many computer courses are also there. And Medical field MBBS also present. All the best for your glowing career. |

Re: Is Maths with Biology a good option in 11th standard? According to me it is a good option atleast for those who are unable to decide that what exactly they are willing to do. Science stream is sub divided into medical and non medical, taking maths and botany simultaneously increases the opportunities in both the fields. Studying both the subjects are not as tough as it seems to be. According to me biology is better to choose rather than computer science. |

If I am to answer this Question honestly then my ans would be no to you. managing both in the 11th and 12th becomes too hard later. since i have already gone though this situation i would say no, i know it feels like we have both options of medical and non medical field open but later you do realize it was a mistake. i would suggest you to make up your mind and think deep and find out what is the college you really see yourself in for your graduation, where you could do great,achieve excellence and be the best and decide whether its maths or biology you want to pursue, but remember once you choose never fail to give your best in it. it is still my view rest is up to you, its your career make wise choice which you feel you wont regret later in your life. all the very best...... |

Ya ofcourse maths with biology is a good option. but if you want to do your furthur studies means after 12th on the basis of maths subject then dont prefer biology. Biology subject requires a lot of MUGGING SPIRIT. you should byheart each and every small points of the text books. but if you can do wel in Biology then you can clear various competitive exams and also it can increase your percentage in 12th. even COMPUTER SCIENCE is a good option with maths. CHOOSE THE SUBJECT ACCORDING TO YOUR WISH. |
