After getting 13385 rank in AIEEE then you will get surely a good NIT college. Now in these days home state NIT gives 50% reservation to the home state candidates. I think your state rank will be also good. You can take admission through the state rank in the home state NIT. So, attend in the counselling of the AIEEE. You will get surely a good college and also you will get a good branch of engineering. You can chose any branch according to own interest.
